Depending on the amount of paddling you want to do.

A sensible way (which I have already several times) as follows:

Enter the park entrance 3 (Magnetawan), which is about 285 km from Toronto ... is actually a little north of Huntsville.

1. - Cross Lake Magnetawan East (portage Hambone).
2. - Portage 135 m.
3. - Cross Hambone Lake (east to west) Butt Portage Lake.
4. - 295 m portage
5. - Travel to the lake to stop the West End .. Pick Yourself a campsite and set up camp well. (This way you do not have to all interfaces to them on the way back on Day 2).
6. - Take the extreme west and find the portage Little Trout.
7. - Portage 435 m.
8. - Discover the Little Trout Lake (and if you have time, take the 175 meters south of the Portage Lake Queer).
9. - Return to Camp Butt on the lake.

10. - Half way along the north shore of the lake is the CAP David Portage Lake.
11. - 620 m portage
12. - No David Cross Lake (Southor north) Mubwayaka Portage Lake.
13. - Portage 80 m.
14. - Explore Mubwayaka lake.
15. Reverse - For the return trip to David and to her Butt Lake.

16. - Find the camp ... Load and head back (from west to east) on Lake portage on the cap of the Hambone Lake. Depending on the wind, probably over an hour to put in the envelope Magnetawan what happened in the enemy camp.
17. - 295 m portage
18. - Cross Lake Hambone (from west to east) in the port of Magnetawan.
19. - Portage 135 m.
20. - Cross Lake Magnetawan (from west back to east) to the post and in his vehicle.

Remember to allow time to access the lake in front of the night (day) Country ... It is much safer to travel.

Frankly, http://store.algonquinpark.on.ca/cgi/alg for itself a map ...
Or call or e-mail

Or someone at the door, then propose something that when you get there - they know what the best way for you instead of the sides are already registered or bodies in the street.

Ports mounted concept platform (loose rock) and can easily Some of the long portages short walks can be brutal ... It is therefore difficult to judge just by the distance.

In addition, some of the best days of travel may be) from a lake campsite POG (, Rock Lake, two rivers, or the road along Highway 60 (Cache Lake, Smoke Lake, canoeing on the lake) or Rain Lake (off Highway 11 north of Huntsville).

Enjoy!
